Remler radios were manufactured in San Francisco Ca.
The color combination of this set is what sets it apart. Nice shiny bakelite cabinet
and marbelized red grill.
Knobs are also marbled reddish brown.
These radios were popular when F.D.R. was president, and he had a scotty dog named Fala.
Scotty stuff was all the rage.
It's from the 5500 model series.
